France, circa 1920s. Features a beautifully crackled varnish on the spruce top. French dimensions. Wonderfully flamed, nicely matched maple back, with similar wood on neck and scroll. New Life Series – Violin has been completely re-graduated and modernized to fit today’s higher tension violin strings, as well as playing style. New hand-made bass bar and soundpost. Pierre Leroux is a shop name that we use when we restore an old French violin lacking a label.
